Rental Facilities Description
Frontier Conference Center Lodge: (Lodge pictures) (Prices)
Our Conference Center's two-story Lodge can accommodate 72 guests in 8 rooms with a private bathroom in each room. Beds in these rooms are primarily built-in bunks with mattresses (pillows, sheets & towels are not provided).
On the upper level of the Lodge is our conference room that can seat up to 120 people. Adjacent to the conference room is a small kitchenette with water, a sink, refrigerator and microwave. Coffee and tea service are supplied in the conference room. Snacks are allowed in the conference room and tables can be set up for guests’ needs.
The minimum number to reserve the Lodge is 40.
Frontier Conference Center Cabins: (Cabin pictures) (Prices)
Adjacent to the Lodge are 8 rustic cabins with built-in bunks, 
for a total capacity of 64 guests (pillows, sheets & towels are not provided). These cabins are grouped near our Forest Room conference meeting room, and all guests share two central shower/toilet facilities. The Forest Room and cabins can be reserved by smaller groups, or combined with the Lodge to accommodate larger groups.
The minimum number to reserve the Frontier Cabins is 30.
To book both the Lodge and the Cabins, the minimum number is 80.
Our dining room at the Conference Center can accommodate up to 140 guests and can be configured for either one large group eating together, or separated for two groups. Most meals are served family style with our staff completely responsible for setup, serving, and cleanup.

Our Buckhorn Hill retreat area consists of ten rustic cabins that sleep a total of 90 guests with a central shower facility, outdoor stage and fire circle meeting area. Groups can use the fire pit for cooking at a reduced rate.
This camp has a kitchen and dining facility "down the hill" for smaller groups of 40 or less. The kitchen may also be used to prepare food for larger groups, and served outside the kitchen on our mulitple picnic tables.
The minimum number to reserve the Buckhorn Hill Cabins is 20.
(Though available in the winter, Buckhorn Hill Camp is recommended for April through the middle of June and then after Summer Camp in August to late October due to its limited facilities for wet weather usage).
There are many great complimentary activities available for your retreat. Basketball, volleyball, hiking, horseshoes, ping pong, and frisbee golf are always available for your enjoyment.
